Polina Popova appointed CEO of Sustera Sweden

We are pleased to announce that Polina Popova has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of all Sustera companies in Sweden, effective 10 April 2026. The appointment covers Sustera Green Building, Sustera Inspections, Sustera Real Estate and Sustera AB.

Polina Popova has previously led Sustera’s Energy and Sustainability Division, where she played a key role in driving a commercial and financial turnaround, developing operational practices and strengthening the company’s market position. Under her leadership, the business underwent a major transformation in 2025.

Prior to joining Sustera, she served as CEO of a technology start-up and, before that, spent over 15 years at the Assa Abloy Group in various leadership roles. Through these positions, she has built extensive experience in the property and construction industry, sustainability consulting and operational leadership.

Polina Popova combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership and a strong understanding of the Swedish market. Her experience in building high-performing teams and driving sustainable value creation provides a solid foundation for leading Sustera’s operations in Sweden.

In her new role, Popova will be responsible for overseeing Sustera Sweden’s business operations, growth strategy, client development and team leadership, ensuring continued success and impact in the Swedish market.
