Elina Engman appointed CEO of Sustera Group

Engman brings extensive and diverse experience from leadership roles in industrial and service businesses, as well as from demanding transformation and development initiatives, with a strong track record of building profitable growth. She has previously served, among other positions, as CEO of Elcoline Group and as a division head at Caverion. In addition, she holds board positions at Versowood and OX2.

In recent months, Sustera has completed an ownership restructuring and developed its renewed strategy, creating a solid foundation for the company’s long-term growth. The focus now is on executing this strategy and strengthening day‑to‑day operations together with employees, customers and partners.

Current Group CEO Tuomas Qvick has stepped down from his role. The Group’s CFO, Antti Rokala, will lead the company’s operations until Elina Engman takes office.
