Brf Vega Garden is a newly completed residential development in Stockholm where quality and sustainability have been prioritised from the very first groundwork to the final handover. Through close collaboration and a proactive approach, Sustera Inspection ensured that the project was delivered to the highest standard.

The project, commissioned by OBOS Kärnhem, comprises modern homes designed with long‑term quality and environmental responsibility in mind. Today, the development is fully completed, occupied, and handed over to satisfied residents.

Our role

Sustera Inspection held a comprehensive responsibility throughout the project. We acted both as the appointed Control Manager (KA) and as the inspection provider. This dual role gave us a unique opportunity to follow the project from start to finish and ensure that every stage of the construction process met the required regulations and quality standards.

Running from 2022 to 2025, the project benefited from our early identification of potential issues, giving the client the best possible conditions to deliver a final result of exceptional quality.

The outcome

By combining the KA role with the inspection assignment, we were able to maintain a complete overview and act proactively throughout the construction phase.

This allowed us to:

  • Identify issues early and minimise risks
  • Contribute to a smoother handover and a higher‑quality final product

The project presented its share of challenges, but thanks to strong teamwork and close cooperation, the result is one we are proud to stand behind.
