EcoReal, a Raksystems Group subsidiary, acquires finnish KnowTek
EcoReal Oy, a real estate and construction consultancy belonging to Raksystems Group, acquired the entire share capital of KnowTek Oy on 31 March 2023. KnowTek will continue to operate as before as a separate company.
A consultancy offering services in the fields of real estate and building services engineering, KnowTek was established in 2007. In the 2022 accounting period, the company had 18 employees and a turnover of €2.0 million. The operations are based on HVAC, electricity and automation engineering and building services supervision, and the company has offices in Pirkkala and Ilmajoki.
Established in 2016, EcoReal Oy is a growing real estate and construction consultancy with the aim of making its customers’ properties carbon neutral while taking into account the wellbeing of the property users. EcoReal’s turnover in 2022 was €13.9 million, and it employs 60 professionals. EcoReal has offices in Helsinki, Turku and Tampere. The company has been part of Raksystems since 2022.
EcoReal’s goal is to be the most competent partner for responsible property owners by 2025. The acquisition will accelerate the achievement of this goal by developing EcoReal’s overall energy services and service offering, particularly in the field of energy renovation.

Operations will continue as normal after the acquisition. The arrangement will not affect any customer relationships or partnerships. The acquisition is expected to bring increased resources for energy renovations with an emphasis on the engineering side.
